To God be the glory! I celebrate my 4th birthday today exclusively with my family. Dada, mommy and baby Megan were with me as I blew the cake and opened my presents. I love them both because they are always nice with me, they give me nice presents especially the beautiful Barbie dolls, Scout pal and Ken that mommy gave me. The most surprising of all is that I now have a new pet, a horse given by my nice daddy! Thank God for another year of my life. I will never forget each birthday celebration with my family, they make it AWESOME!

Making Sugar Cookies Part 1

When mommy told me earlier today that we are gonna make sugar cookies, I had no idea what she was saying all I know is that I was excited and I made sure she knew that. As a young child, everything I do with mommy in it is sure fun to do. I never knew making cookies was sooooooo fun.

I really enjoyed the entire process from beginning 'till the end. I love molding the shape of the cookie, love licking and eating the sugar and most of all the most exciting part of the activity is putting some color or design to the cookie. I shall say my artsy and creativity side of me has surfaced.

My Bedroom And The Newly Added Set Of Furniture

Thanks to my daddy for his hard work providing me the best stuff a small girl can have. He did put so much effort repainting this set of furniture we bought used couple of months ago. The set is high quality but when we bought it it looked like it was all beat up from the outside but the foundation is still looking like new except for some parts need to be fixed.

After all those works is finished, I got a beautiful set of furniture which I can enjoy until I get old.

I'm A Big Sister

Since I am a big sister now, might as well practice on how to be independent. I am going to have my baby sister not long from now so I guess I cannot just call on mommy or bother her whenever I need something. Sometimes I can't help it but get stuff out the shelf or refrigerator so I can feed myself. One example I got caught from getting milk out the fridge and pour some into my sippy cup. Sorry mommy, I made a mess on the floor but hey, if I know you like the scene you saw in the kitchen.

I am 3 and mommy has no plan of sending me to school next year. What mommy and daddy trying to do for the meantime is have me practice drawing or writing simple capital letters like T and L. I cooperate with them if I like doing it but if not, I would rather draw using crayons or make lovely patterns like what is seen in the pictures below. I am also fond of coloring my book now but I guess it would make both of my parents happy if I learn to write the alphabet letters.

My Third Birthday Today

Philippine time is 13 hours ahead of Texas but I celebrate my birthday in advance. I celebrated my birthday today P.I time with mommy and no daddy. Despite of that, I still had a blast because of mommy, my Filipino family and some friends. They made my birthday a successful one. This is what I like about spending my birthday in the Philippines, people come and celebrate it with me! So sad though Dada wasn't with us when I officially turned 3 this year.

I am not feeling well but when I saw my beautiful two cakes especially the "The Night With Princesses" cake from Goldilocks that mommy and daddy bought for me, I overjoyed. It was a very pretty cake a Princess like me can get. Thank you mommy, thank you daddy!

We are not rich and we are just like any ordinary families but what makes us special is that we got plenty of time to spend with the three of us as a whole family. These photos are just a few of those special moments captured by our camera.

The first one is of me and mommy playing in our study. She pretends to be a horse and I am on top of her pretending I control my horse. The second photos is of me and daddy during his birthday. It was I think a well spent birthday celebration because I and mommy to celebrate another year of his life with him. My family is cute and awesome. Life is good to have both good parents growing up.

Halloween Costume 2010

This year's Halloween costume mommy and daddy were able to buy me a costume. I dressed up as a little bat girl. Unlike last year at around this time both of my parents couldn't take me to trick or treat because it was the time when we moved to our house from El Campo so it was my tita ROse, mommy's friend who took care of me and bought my little kitty costume. Thanks to her for she made my previous Halloween a successful one.

Last Saturday we did our trick or treat with tita Annie and baby Abigail along with tita Rochie and her kiddos. We planned of trick or treating at the mall but we went home empty handed for we were busy playing at the play area instead of walking each store for candies. Anyhow, we had fun...

Doing The Number 1

For sure I pleased both mommy and daddy lately for doing the number one (peeing) in the toilet. I just felt that I am comfortable sitting on my little potty seat now. So whenever I feel like pissing, I just go to my bathroom and do it on my own. How nice is that? On the other hand, I still having a hard time doing the number two. For some reason, it is so awkward and uncomfortable there letting the poo fall down in the toilet. I only wish that mom won't pressure me for doing so because I know can get there eventually. It takes time and courage to do such a thing. Hopefully, I'll be totally off the diaper so I can give my daddy a break from spending money on my diapers.

My School

I have been going to The Little Gym for 6 weekends now. Mom and dad call it "my school" maybe because this is the only place I go to where I can mingle a lot of kids, have fun and at the same time sweat a little bit. I love it there, I tell you. There are fun activities that a kid like me loves to do. I love our teacher too, she is nice and she sometimes give me a hug or let me sit on her lap.

I am thankful I have both parents who are always there with me, cheering me up when I do good at school. How lucky I am for having such ever loving and supportive parents.

I guess I put a smile on my mommy's just moments ago. I went to pee and use the toilet. Man, it was quite a trouble holding my pee for a long time. Mommy just letting me wander around naked and she tells me to pee in the bathroom whenever I am ready. Thank you mommy for trusting me, I did not pee in my bedroom. I did not pee anywhere but in adult's toilet.

I am almost to getting rid of my diaper. Give my daddy a break because I know diapers are expensive plus wipes too. When I am used to using the toilet one last thing I want to learn is pooping. If I can do it sooner, the better.

My First Day At The Little Gym

My mom and dad finally found a place for a little girl like me to go in order to have fun at the same enhance my social skills as well as get physically fit. The Little Gym is the place's name. Mom saw it advertised on t.v and she's been nagging to daddy about it.

My class is every Saturday at 11:30 a.m in Hulen branch. It was my first day there on August 21, 2010. Mom knew I am gonna love the place and she was right. Although I acted shy when we first got inside but as I adjusted to the surrounding, the playful me began to explore the colorful world of the Little Gym. My New Doll

Help me welcome my new life-sized doll named Susie. We bought here today at Kid to Kid store after mom's biometrics. It was mommy who saw it and she handed it to me, of course I like doll a lot so I grabbed it with open hands. It is nice to have such a big doll with blond hair and blue eyes plus I get to change the outfit into a dress or a pair of short leggings and green top. Yepeeeeeey it was a success for me using the toilet when pooping for the first time ever! Mom thinks I did a great job in doing so. She did laugh at me though when it finally came out and I cried a bit. I was just scared seeing the big harden stool you know? Now I feel good and looking forward to eating my full meals again. Cheers to myself for having been so good and for the farthest milestone I achieved again, guess I will be ready to be potty trained in the next few days.

Most of the time I giggle because I am happy. When mommy heard that she'll ask me if I am happy and I say YES, HAPPY! And when there are things that look funny to me I giggle again and say hehe, funny! What a joy to be a baby and to have good parents eh.

A Visit To My Grandpa

Bad Of The Baddest

Jadyn was again suffering from constipation. She went to bed last night crying a lot, in pain and uncomfortable. I thought we did everything we can to help her and won't suffer anymore constipation but we were wrong. Last night, she was feeling that nerve pinching pain the same when a pregnant woman experiencing labor so imagine how hard that is for a baby who is only 2 years old.

Then again this morning, she still feels that bad element inside her so she cried to the top of her lungs pushing the poop. Moments later she successfully did it and had her dad changed her diaper. I tell you, the poop was just HUGEEEEEE and very hard. When you see it, you won't believe it came out from a toddler. It was just one of the bad of the baddest poop I have seen from Jadyn.

Cookie Kid

Jadyn has got two cookies already from residents here in AFV1. I tell you what, they must like her for they are giving them sweet treats. As happy kid as Jadyn, she accepts them wholeheartedly and chip on them right away. Amazing how this kid loves treats from people she doesn't know. She just finished her second cookie and I was stunned when she ate it all quickly, must be hungry eh?

On a lighter note, I'm wishing her dada can come here pretty soon for the longer we sit here, the more cookies she'll receive and that might lose her appetite in eating her lunch. I don't wanna refuse them giving something to my baby for I don't wanna upset the residents here.

Playing With Her Voice

I notice that Jadyn have been playing with her voice lately. She is playing with whatever she can grab in her hands and she sounds like she is impersonating some cartoon characters while playing the toys. She is sounding like a cow or just playing with her throat to produce a deep male-like voice. Sometimes I caught her as if she is talking to herself just like she is practicing on how to act. Well, if that is the case, she gives me hope... hoping can be a child actress someday, yah know? Baby, baby, baby! You are one amazing creature that God gave us to love and cherish.

The Love Of Mango

I can say that Jadyn doesn't only like mango but she LOVESSSS IT A LOT. She ate three out of four mangoes that Annie brought us when they were here last Monday. I so wanted to eat the mango but I thought of my baby, just gave it all to her. I just hope there will be mangoes in Walmart this weekend because I would like to have a bunch of it.

Whenever we have mangoes, I notice Jadyn's big appetite eating her meals especially rice or grits. Such a good fruit to tame my baby eh, not only it's delicious but it's also full of nutrients that is good for her small delicate body.

Typical Day For A Toddler

Jadyn's typical day is full of smiles, play, messy and cruising like a boat. Look at her surrounding, don't you think it's too messy and are hard to the eyes? Yep, that is how our house looks like for most of our days. There can only be one day when it's tidy and neat... the rest of the days will be like it just got hit by a tornado. Well, what do you expect having a toddler around? Despite of that, I am blessed and thankful for having such a beautiful, playful, sweet and healthy girl like Jadyn.

Jadyn loves to get in the car and pretends to drive. For some reason she loves the steering wheel a lot. The photo attached was taken at an auto show yesterday with my Jadyn in the police car. At first she was happy then the stranger sat beside her in the passenger's seat and she got scared, wanted to get out of the car right away.

Seeing the look in her face, she doesn't look happy..does she?

Baby Cute!

It's another yet beautiful day here in Texas! And our Jadyn just know when to go outside and when she is not allowed to. So this morning, she came to me looking outside, looking back at me pointing herself saying "outside, baby cute!!!". When she does that, she just tickles my bones. She is an absolute cuteness among all babies I've known haha, love my own for I'm the mother.

Okay, granted. Her wish will be my command after all she is a baby and she needs to enjoy being a baby by allowing her to explore outside to satisfy her curiosity. Oh oh, she is here now crying, saying "hurt, yayay!". What happened was she fell down with her two knees looking scratched and red. Too bad, she can't go outside anymore.

Great Speller

Jadyn is improving so fast these days. She is one great speller now. Each time she watches t.v and see big bold letters on the screen she would spell it aloud. Sometimes I can't help but turn my head towards her for she sounds like she is talking to herself... but hmmm she just loves to spell words when she sees them anywhere even in shirts with big prints in it.

Also Jadyn now knows few basic shapes like square, triangle, circle, star, crescent shape like moon and circle. Although she cannot say the right words yet but I am pretty sure she is picking up what I'm teaching her. For instance, she sees a triangle shape she would say "dangu sounds like danggo in my native language and shuware for square!". Eventually she'll get better and I am not worried about her speech, she is only 25 months old you know?

I have high hopes for my Jadyn. Someday she'll be the one to fulfill all my failing dreams. I wish for her to get interested in modeling or acting, yes you hear me right, I'm serious! If she ever want acting then I will be very happy. I am inspired by Anne Curtis Smith man gud that's why. Her mama isn't so pretty and look at her, she is one gorgeous young woman and she's very good in acting too.

On a lighter note, Jadyn was invited to pose for Michell Breyer wearing her handmade dress and diaper cloth so she can post Jadyn's pictures on her blog and facebook. Well, as a proud mother, I didn't hesitate to accept the request and as soon as her items arrived, I put them on to Jadyn and took pictures!

... I had a hard time shooting her as she did not cooperate with me..so what I did, I just click and click the camera and whatever I capture that looks good I uploaded it.

Our Lil Fashionista

Jadyn is no ordinary baby to us. She is so special for she is a God's gift to us. Just like any other kid who reached on the toddler stage of their lives, Jadyn is into everything too.

She loves using mommy's things a lot. Trying them on pretending that she is a big girl too. When I go to my closet and get something, she is always there following me so she can get to my shoes, putting them on or borrow my handbags.

First Time-Out

I experienced for the very first time on how it is to be put on time out. I guess I tested mom's patience today that is why she put me to time out.

I bet I made a mistake that upset her. I asked mommy if I can go in the backyard to play and she allowed me to. She trusted me that I will not do something that would pissed her off but I did. I played the dog dish putting all the dry food into the water. Mom saw that but it was ok with her, I stayed outside playing for a while and then when she turned her back inside, I did it again for the second time after she refilled the dish with food and water.

That really pissed her off and she brought me inside the house even if I wasn't ready to go in yet. I cried a lot coz I wanna stay in the sun. She told me couple of times if I don't stop insisting and crying she'll put me to time out.

You know babies are hard-headed I kept crying and pointing to the door for I really wanna go out that is when she carried me to my bedroom put down to my pink chair for a 5-minute time out. I just hope that I won't be put in the chair anymore and I will follow what meme want me to do.

Here is the latest picture of myself in the snow. I love snow a lot no matter how cold it is out there. I just adore the beauty it brings to the world, it is so white that it makes the surroundings look pure and clean.

Due to staying long outside my cheeks and nose became so red that it hurts so bad afterwards. Anyways, I don't mind it after all it is worth it for I had so much fun playing with mommy.

We had a nice play today. We were out in a thick snow playing and walking alot with mommy and daddy. Mom was so cruel with me for she kept throwing me some snow and I couldn't fight back. Poor me I was so helpless and all I could say is OUCH! Imagine a small baby saying that with feelings?

Since I got an internet connection in my bedroom I cannot stop watching videos on youtube now. I really love pocoyo, tom and jerry, mickey mouse. If I get tired watching videos, I would ask mommy to open the starfall site and I gladly browse my alphabet letters which I've already learned since I was 16 months.

I know there are a lot of fun things to do on the internet but as for now, I should have to be contented of playing videos and learning my ABCs. Someday when I am able to construct my own sentences, write correct grammar, I would like to continue writing on my blog by myself.

Nope And Yeah

I shocked mommy this week. You know why? Because instead of using "YES and No" I say "Yeah and Nope". She was thinking where did I get these? You really think she got no idea where? Well, as observant as I am, I tend to listen every word they speak and somehow store it in my memory for future use. I probably heard those words from both of my parents so that is what I am using now each time mommy ask me questions. All I can answer her is yeah and no, whether she likes it or not that's all I can give to her no more no less.

I Got My Own Computer

Tonight I got my own computer in my bedroom. So nice of mommy and daddy for spoiling me with this hightech toy. It isn't just an ordinary toy you know, it's one heck of a real computer that I can connect to the internet, play cds and other online games. I couldn't be happier! Thanks to my beautiful parents for giving me this! Now we got three computers in this house, one for my mommy, one for daddy and of course one FOR ME!! weeehawwwww!

I Am Two Today

Dear God, thank You for another year to celebrate my birthday! Thank You for giving me good health everyday and for the beautiful parents I have. Today marks my second year of life here on Earth and I am very grateful I have both of my parents with me to celebrate this meaningful birthday of mine. Though there were only the three of us and a little piece of cupcake with a cute candle in it for me to blow but for me it was an awesome one yet solemn.

Tomorrow there'll be a small feast at my Tita Rose's house as my late birthday pakal with mom's friends! Be sure to check back for I am pretty sure there will be more photos to come! As for now, be happy to look at my neat birthday photographs here.

Latest Of Me

Again took me too long to update my blog just because I have nothing else to say here except I am doing good, we are all doin good. The temperature is getting better and we are going to have one full week in 50s temp. In fact, we can go out during noon time to have a short walk and mom is so kind enough to take me outside so I can enjoy the sun and walk a little bit in the neighborhood bringing along with me my baby in a carriage. My Favorite Expression

"There ya go!" has been my favorite expression lately. I even infected mommy of my expression. She thinks it's cute especially if it is uttered from my mouth. I speak few words for now, can't really say long sentences. However, I'll get better as I grow older so better bear with me. I am not losing hope though for every child is different. For the meantime, I should enjoy my childhood and before turning two years old which will happen in 11 days, lemme just be a baby for a while.

I think this toy is cool for it allows me to fish a gem without going anywhere hehe. It is unique in a way that you use the fishing hook in order to get the gem out of the hole and get as many of them in order for me to win. My Very First Snowfall Experience

Today marks the very significant day of my existence here on Earth. I've experienced the snowfall with gusty wind of I don't know lolz. At first I was quite hesitant whether I wanna touch the white flakes or just enjoy the moment of being cold and have the flakes landed on my face. It was beyond magical! No exact words to describe how beautiful and fortunate I was to have been able to play outside in a snowy yard.

As of this moment as I'm writing this entry, it still snowing outside and mom plan of bringing me out again after my nap. So here's my snow video guys! Cheers for us people in Texas!

Our Visit To My Grandpa

As usual it was nice seeing my grandpa in San Antonio last weekend again. Although I am kind of aloof of him but I guess it only takes a frequent visit to his place then I will be comfortable with my grandpa. How I wish we can see him more often so I can play with my old grandpa and make him happy a little bit.

I know he loves me so much and how he wanted to hug me but he couldn't. He just couldn't do it for I am a little bit scared of him. Daddy tried very hard to take pictures of me, mommy and together with my grandpa as souvenir of our visit to him.

T'was so nice of mommy and daddy today for bringing me to a Filipino-American Christmas party where I met several little girls. Although I wasn't playing with them but I had fun just to meet them and looking at them enjoying each other's company. Mom hope that one day I'll be able to join with them playing. Anyways, it was the biggest crowd I've been in so far of my existence here on Earth. The party was simple get together with plenty of food on the table. I thought mom really liked it there, hmmm... Yesterday wasn't so fun for me. It just it wasn't my day for a portrait at the studio. All three mommies I have mommy Anne, mommy Rose and mommy Annie have done everything they can just to make me smile but nothing they could do as a result of sour look, grimace and pouting pictures. I won't be surprised if the studio photos came out not too sweet to look at for I wasn't smiling at all. Unlike Abby, she smiled and yes she got shots showing her little smiles.

Sleeping In My Bed Alone For The First Time

I deserve to be applauded for I slept in my bed last night alone. NO mommy, no daddy just me alone. Mom took me for a nap in my bedroom at nine o'clock in the evening, well that's what she thought...but I slept until 2 in the morning...sleep walking for a couple minutes, went to the living room crying then got back beside my bed with feet standing up while my head was dug into my bed. Daddy came to me, tapping me on my back slowly and voila! Everything was so dark and quiet and I went back to sleep. I woke up at 8:15 in the morning in a good mood!

Cheers to the baby who is sooooooo good lately. You bet mom and dad love me so much because of the greatest achievement I've done last night. Kudos to myself to that.

Almost Done

Today, mom had finally found a way to display my lavender room on facebook. She used her mobile phone to take photos of my room resulting to blurry and dark in some parts of the room. Other than that, I have no complain because she got a good shot of my pretty Princess bed. Take a look, here they are! My room is almost done now. All we need to do is to hang some blow up photos of my feet and hands when I was two months old and it will be completely done. What do you think of my room folks?

My Milestone @ 22 months

I'm alive folks! Only I've been getting lazy to update my blog lately. Just here for a quick post on my milestone at 22 months. I turned 22 months last November 16 at 7:35 pm. I just got a time to you know write something here for I am busy doing a mess everywhere.

Anyways, the farthest I have gone is being able to feed myself with a spoon or fork without mommy's help. I don't want her feeding me anymore. I believe I am a big girl now so I have to do it myself and guess what? I can do it right, holding the fork is so easy jamming the food straight to my mouth! When I am done (when I think I am full although food isn't finished yet) I stand up from my high chair and ask mommy to help me get down.

The foods that I so like to eat are broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and or any kinds of vegetables. Aside from that I also love fruits like bananas, apple, grapes and strawberries. If those fruits aren't available, mom would just feed me filipino foods that I also love or she will give me yogurt in the morning too along with rice fish.

At 22 months or before I turned 22, I learned how to put on my own shoes. Although I don't put them in the right foot all the time but at least I develop a sense of " do it myself" thing as I am growing up. Two more months to go and I will be two years old. I wonder if mommy is going to give me a grand birthday celebration just like the first one, we shall see though.

Halloween 2009

Hey hey hey! I'm still here. Long time I have not posted anything here I know, pardon me of long absence in blogosphere. Things can get crazy sometimes and there is nothing we can do with that. Anyhow, I am back to post some of the latest captured photos of me during HALLOWEEN- trick or treat night. I stayed at Tita Rose's place for four days at that time because mommy and daddy were so busy moving our stuff out of that little house to our new house.

Goodness gracious I have a very nice Tita to have me over and did the usual routine, Trick-or-Treat. I brought home with lots of chocolates and candies and mom loved it. Here they are, better open your eyes wide now!

One Full Sentence I Speak

At 21 months old, the greatest milestone I've walked is speaking the very first full sentence I came up with which is understandable to both of my parents. Mom was in the bathroom at that time and I was with daddy in the bedroom saying aloud, "Where the BAPO GO?" Bapo' is my own term for PILLOW.

Now when mom hears me asking, where the bapo go/gone? she feels something is tickling inside her just because her baby is now able to speak clearly, at least a sentence in english. I am pretty sure my parents are looking forward to hearing me speak bit by bit. Another milestone I achieved is that I am being polite to my parents. I always say "TAT TYO!" means THANK YOU whenever I'm given milk, food and etc.

I am yet to learn how to say "please" and for that mom tries her best to teach me the word so I can say it eventually. For now that is all I can share here. Gotta go and watch cartoons!
